Handles?

@DragonFruit A handle of liquor is a 1.75 L bottle of liquor. That means it too has 39 1.5-ounce shots in it. Doesn't matter if it's a handle of vodka, a handle of rum, or a handle of whiskey. A handle of alcohol is a different name for a 1.75 L alcohol bottle.

@WaryWitchWandering That's a really large bottle (more than 2 fifths)...they don't even have them that size at the small liquor store, only in the large retailer.

I had not heard this term before.
Thank you for explaining!
I hope your hubby didn't get angry with you over the TV 🙏🏻 @WaryWitchWandering

@Elisbch he is obviously not happy it’s broken. But he didn’t flip or anything. I’m still very upset about it and feel like a duck up

That's good news. I'm glad he didn't get real upset. 🙂 Accidents happen, that does not reflect on your character..LOL (duck up)...
Is handle a British term or Australian?.. @WaryWitchWandering
