I think it’d occur naturally if you had to. Put your body horizontal in the water and either paddle or extend your arms out in front of you straight and kinda “pull the water” behind you as you move your arms outward/downward… and kick them legs

@WaryWitchWandering I'd probably need to get over the fear of putting my head under the water first. Had a near fatal drown when I was 4.
