i think its cute when hummingbirds sit around guarding feeders 😅😒
I named the lil green one “leaf” even tho he’s smaller than one.. and there’s a lil gray one under the porch, perched up above the other feeder.. ☺️🌸🦋🌿

I like it too - they sit on tiny twigs around my feeder.
Lately, the little one has been coming over to check me out! A few days ago I was wearing a red shirt - he was maybe 5 feet away at eye level and hovered there for about 20 seconds, I got such a great look at him. I said "Hi there" to him in a quiet voice...Today, I was not wearing red - actually refreshed the sugar water...and they did the same thing while I was sitting down...
