Fortunately this has spurred Piglet to have a bath (in Lucy's water dish). But still.

He does know and like when I give him fresh and warm water. He does come running and will bathe right away

@caccoon it's obvious now. You have to make him a warm bath exactly 9 days and 23 hours after his previous one. Too early and he's not ready for it yet, too late and he'll get angry at you for forcing him to settle for a cold one.
