Not the pigeons hanging around at the car wash.
They kind of remind of hookers or druggies
Circling around at a safe distance, eye balling you, waiting for that chance to steal a french fry that fell out of your car.
Sad way to live.

@Adrift Here that would be the grackles. They hang around drive-in restaurants and in Walmart parking lots looking for food people throw out the windows for them. One time someone had bought a bag of wild bird seed with corn in it and spread it out on a parking lot divider for them to eat. 😖 If there was no humans dropping food for them they’d eat insects etc. I don’t remember seeing any of them until I was in my 20’s, and then it wasn’t a large amount. People started planting ornamental Bradford pear trees here for landscaping and along city streets and they love to nest in pear trees. Bradford pears have tiny little pears on them, bitter to us but they are good food for them in the winter if they haven't fallen off by then. Now we have a lot of huge flocks of that circle around various areas of the city several times a day and decorating up our cars when they fly over.
