Always use a bird ID!


So was out for a walk on Sunday morning and this feathered friend appeared... assumed it was a Sparrow..... nope, did the bird ID and turned out to be a Dunnock, an Amber on the conservation list.

Haha yeh defo a dunnock
We have a nesting pair luckily seen 3 fledglings so far yay

@BritishFailedAesthetic people often call them sparrows so that could be people registering the wrong bird when they provide statistics. They are similar but not when you look at them side by side
