I've noticed they're NOT everywhere here in my city area; in Venice Venice I don't think I've ever seen one, just regular pigeons. Here where I am, they're only in certain parts of the town (where there are maritime pines I guess? idk). In the countryside there are plenty

@Elessar They are here but scarce and I don't remember them from my childhood at all. I was actually surprised when I heard them here last year. I always associate them with the place where my grandmother lives. There are so many of them.
