This is not the best house for a bird.

I would let this guy go if my hub would let me and I thought he could fly and fend for himself. We found him. He wasn't flying well, that's how we caught him. We think he belonged to to our old neighbor in our old neighborhood. We tried to give him back but she denied ownership but he was obviously someone's pet.
