Ahhhhhh. I love being alone. Only hearing birds, the winds caressing the trees and the waters from the stream.

It is all good if it was not for knowing the more time spent in solitude, the less tolerance for humans I seem to have.

It is like I lose my ability to withstand people's flaws and mistakes.

I cherish the silence way too much, much more than any fulfillment I get from helping people or being there for them.

I know what you mean about enjoying the solitude. Did that kitty stick around?

@iamonfire696

The kitty had an owner. He picked her up like a month after 🥺 she was raised in a military post like I suspected. I couldn't be selfish and keep her.

@Miram Awe sorry you had to give up the cat. That was really good of you to take care of the kitty until the owner could come.

Would you get a cat of your own? We have two and my kids and I just love them.
