Whooping cranes still struggle to survive although they have narrowly escaped complete extinction over the last few years. About 600 of them still exist. Protect these magnificent birds by educating people if they are hunters and reporting people who violate conservation ethics. Encourage projects which strive to conserve wetlands and grasslands.
