My old coworker is from Arizona and he visits often to see his daughter and he was saying he may move back because its more developed now and there are more things to do. Plus hes getting sick of the north east coast winters.

Corpus christi was appealing to me because your by the beaches and its not too pricey or over developed and cheap realestate.

Tbh I'd probably rather be in Florida than AZ 🤷 but yeah it's definitely been developing fast compared to when I was a kid. & I live in the capital so it's always active 👌

Funny thing is since everyone in Cali wants to come to AZ now, so many AZ residents wanna move to Texas because of how cheap Texas is 🤣🤣

@DarkSideoftheMoon well.. not really it's just running from it. It'll always be something waiting for me. If I were in another state they likely wouldn't ship me back here if I get arrested 🤷 but that doesn't mean it's a guarantee that they wont

@ChiefWalksWith40oz i knew someone that had warrents to appear in court for essentially being homeless and had to pay fines that obviously they couldnt pay because theyre homeless. Some charges are stupid

@ChiefWalksWith40oz sleeping in parks are considered "camping" or something. Pretty much they give u warrents for sleeping outside because everywhere is private property or worthy of a warrent or fine in some way. They try to push them all to skid row or somewhere like that but its dangerous and some people would not like to be hoarded together like that. Its so dangerous

@DarkSideoftheMoon ohhh well okay that makes sense, I hear about that a lot 😅 but yeah it's pretty fucked up. I lived in an abandoned building when I was younger. There was no water, electricity, the floors were even half gone but I'm sure it was still private property

@ChiefWalksWith40oz idk why the homeless crisis is so bad in the west. In the east its mostly due to drug habbits but maybe also they would die because winters are too cold. So maybe theres more support but idk. Idk how people survive to be honest. The cost of living in cali is so damn high. Rent is outrageous!

@DarkSideoftheMoon yeah that's why so many people in Cali are moving over here to AZ 🤷 I guess it's cheaper here but ironically that's driving our market up too so now I keep hearing Arizonians say they wanna move to Texas 😂
