If someone calls Native American spirituality superstitious, is the person racist and bigoted or ignorant towards indigenous cultures?

The term "superstitious" can be offensive and can come off as insensitive and ignorant.

Not really, maybe ignorant but the person probably had a different worldview and perspective about spirituality than you. Not everyone sees the Universe/Multiverse as the same as you. You see the universe as an interconnected field of energy and that all things are one while some people don't see that in the universe.

Also a one man's belief is an other man's superstition.

What people considered superstitious is subjective there's no black or white definition of what is superstitious or not. My opinion the most common "superstitions" are mostly black cats being bad luck, walking under ladders, voodoo dolls, bringing umbrellas in the house, or four leaf clovers.

Also religious or spiritual people aren't the only superstitious people out there, there's also atheists and secular people that are very superstitious too.
