I've see one...so yes. It was back in the late 80's...hovering over some high power lines...it was huge.

@PHlover19701 I have seen one very close up, as well, hovering above a telephone pole. Then it was gone, literally in a split second. That was in the 70's. We didn't even have that kind of technology back then.
