Do you feel spirits

I say I see them but I really fell then and usually know what they are or who they are. I have had a few things happen to me in since 1999. Why it decided to show up then I have no idea.

i don';t feel spirits but i feel people's energies. i have to stay away from places that have deep sorrow..it greatly affects me
