I grew up in a Haunted House

Usually and mainly in the Winter I get activity, doors opening and closing, footsteps, the faint notes of a pump organ (there was one here in the late 1800s), voices. They’re generally not mean, the main ghost died in 1879 and was the man that built the house. He is confused as to why he cannot find his horses. He appears in the breezeway and has actually asked me where his horses are. It gets very cold in the breezeway just before he appears .
