When someone incessantly complains but doesn't realize it is actually Karma, do you tell them why it's Karma or do you let them go on and on?

You could give tough love and tell them how their actions or behavior contributed to or led to the outcome. But karma? That would be pretty fucked up to basically tell someone you think they deserve what they got.
