Have you read the Old Testament? Specifically, I would direct you to the book of Job. Satan in that book is more of a prosecuting attorney type than a rebel leader, but if we assume the Bibble is laid out chronologically, the story takes place after the supposed rebellion.

@ItsMeMorgue I have read that story, it's a good story for sure. It's interesting how Satan was able to go to heaven and communicate with God even though like you said it happened after the rebellion and he fell from heaven. Also it's interesting how everything he did to Job it seems like he had to get God's permission before he could do it. I think it was written for two reasons, as an answer to why bad things happen to good people, and to show that's its important to keep your faith even in hard times.

@Blazer420 Really? I thought the moral of the story was that human beings were interchangeable and replaceable.
