I always heard this saying

"When you're going through Hell you keep going. You don't stay there."

meaning you don't accept victimization in a situation that is out of your control. You make conscious effort to get out of that situation despite how big or small the obstacle may seem.

@bookerdana sometimes in life we have to accept the fact that we need to ask for help. And we have to have enough strength, self love and courage to do so
