How do you know if someone is scamming you or if they are just also a victim of a fucked up postal failed delivery from hell? (This being about a 800$ phone that was supposed to have been delivered on the 9th and allegedly never arrived) 😤 talk about aggravating 🤯🤯🤯😫🙁 Ugh

Post office should have a record of when the package was delivered. Let them know that the receiver is claiming that the package wasn't delivered....you might have to pay them a fee to do that search.
Whenever sending anything of value, pay the extra fee so that the post office automatically sends you notice when the package is delivered....it's worth the peace of mind.
