Becareful what you say about yourself

You can either say things that continue your past or say statements that will literally create an opening where you think isn’t one, or can’t be one, to have better outcomes. It’s always a choice to make whichever it is and we deal with the accompanied consequences. All choices have consequences, good bad right wrong.

We can still be in shit situations but the difference is what your mindset is during your hardships. There’s things you can work through a bit better than others. Some situations take much longer to work through. Whatever the case may be, you can decide how you choose to think about it. ‘If you’re in hell keep going’ -Winston Churchill. So you can still keep going through a personal hell and it’s still going to depend on your mindset how well you fair.

Will you continue to speak the past into your now, keeping it alive or try to forge a different path with new statements to help you endure through your hell? What you speak and keep in practice will take shape and you’ll see the evidence of that one way or another.

You have that power to effect that kind of change in your own life, even if you can’t ‘see’ it readily. Since it’s a new thing for most of us it’ll take time to realize how this works. It took several years to form the issues we find ourselves in so it’ll take some time to get out of them. Depending on what you choose of course. And not taking action is also a choice.
Absolutely. And that's why the Bible says life and death are in the tongue, so be careful what you speak over yourself.
It's also important to express yourself. Holding things in isn't good. Sometimes it's better just to own our shit and share it.
