Many people ask this question, and I may have an answer. I was allowed to remember a little bit of my life as a spirit in heaven before being born a human. This memory was one I was able to retain after my near-death experience. [/i][/b][/c]

5 Before I [a]formed thee in the womb, I knew thee, and before thou camest out of the womb, I sanctified thee, and ordained thee to be a Prophet unto the [b]nations
It is not only those who are to be prophets that Elohim knows before they are formed in the womb. It is all of us. I was allowed to remember this. I remember being called into a hall and shown the areas that my soul was lacking in. Elohim prefers souls that are not lacking in any area, and pleasing Elohim is what all spirits in heaven want. There wasn't much lacking in my soul as far as development, but there was a small part. I was not allowed to remember what part. I was given the choice to come back to Earth again and work on this area for the growth of my soul. Our souls grow when we experience big emotions. Trials, tribulations, great joys, etc.
I didn't have to come back. I could have passed on this as my soul was deemed good enough, but my need to please the Heavenly Father was too great.I decided to return again. Our free will is with us in heaven too. :-) The angel ( my teaching angel who would prepare me for this life) and I decided together on what I would face to grow my soul. However, you are not allowed to recall these choices after being born into the world.
The thing is that as a spirit in heaven, you are still connected to Elohim, and fear is not a part of your spirit. You are strong, so you pick huge experiences. The stronger your spirit is, the harder the trials and tribulations you choose. As a spirit, you are also not allowed to remember the human weakness you experienced in previous lifetimes on Earth.
When you are born as a human, the strong connection to Elohim is less, and you can't access your spirit. You become weak, so weak. You are full of fear and anxiety. Something the spirit in heaven didn't remember when picking life experiences.
Matthew 26:41 1599 Geneva Bible 41 Watch, and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is ready, but the flesh is weak. So,the answer to why Elohim lets bad things happen is that we pick our own trials and tribulations before birth. Many will not be able to receive this now or maybe ever, so I will just say....
