I Believe In Ghosts

It's weird because I don't believe in God and my theory with ghosts was always related to God. I believe strongly in ghosts but i'm still in search for an explanation. Sometimes I believe the ghosts we see are actually scenes of them still living in a different dimension. Sometimes, I feel like they see us as ghosts too. I'm not very sure because it doesn't make much sense. Comment your theory on ghosts. I want to hear your ideas. c:

I heard a person's soul is made of pure energy. Energy can't be created or destroyed, only transferred or changed. Meaning you definitely don't stop existing when you die. Your body does but your soul moves on. I believe that sometimes you can choose or you have to stay here without a new body, so you'll just be a ghost without a shell.
