@Degbeme Yes and the switch is a push button and I've got it away from the cat's reach

@Tumbleweed Sounds like the switch is faulty. The push button is fully releasing when turned off. Maybe get a new set if you can.

@Tumbleweed Oh okay. Tell me, does the push button have a rubber cover over it? Like to keep moisture out of it?

@Tumbleweed Switch faulty. I have had old flashlights do the same thing cause the switch gets sticky.
