Actually no, I certainly did in 97. Although I was a kid- I have a strong memory of my family moving in. I was wondering off (as usual) I peeked at the neighbor’s window and I saw a woman’s face. She sorta just slide away, as if moving without the use of her legs. You remember how back in the day at Disney land when the queen from Snow White animatronic would appear on the window? It was something like that.
Also no one was living in that house at the time.
