I really don’t understand being ghosted

This artist older guy messaged me on Insta, he was sending me messages all day, and sending me voice messages which I thought was weird. The last message he sends it’s a long voice message about how happy he is about this new connection. I reply a short text message talking about my bipolar, he is bipolar too or use to be he says, and now he hasn’t replied for two days. I have never been ghosted before, really makes you wonder what you did.

I've experienced being ghosted as well. It really can make you feel like you did something wrong. I think 95% of the time we haven't done anything. It can hurt a lot. We put ourselves out there and we reach out and then when we get a compliment or we get a positive response and then suddenly it's over or gone it's just kind of feels like we're being dropped on our bottom.
You can move on.
Even if it is about something we did they have a responsibility to tell us.
Please take care of yourself.
