Do you believe there will be someone there, when you pass on from this life? Someone to welcome you....to leave the light on for you?

Is that something you inherently believe? Something you have to consciously try to believe in? Something you need to believe in? Something you don't believe at all? Where do you stand on it?

Yes, dear Lady Bronte, I believe I will see my loved ones in heaven. Those in my family that have accepted Jesus as Savior, according to God's promises in His Word. That is because the Bible explicitly confirms that those in Christ, shall be in heaven. That would include all who have accepted Christ as Savior, whether friends or family, and since we have the promise of eternal life in heaven ourselves, all on Earth who have accepted Jesus as Savior, the Bible says will be there. So, we'll definitely see some of our loved ones and friends in heaven.

Several passages offer hope and reassurance about being reunited with loved ones in the afterlife. Some relevant verses include:

- 1 Corinthians 15:35-58, which discusses the resurrection of the dead and the transformation of our bodies
- 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18, which describes being reunited with loved ones who have passed away when Christ returns
- Revelation 21:4, which promises that God will wipe away every tear and that there will be no more mourning or death.

Scripture says that our Earthly body goes to the Grave but our spirit never dies. Never. Then when Jesus comes back a second time, our bodies shall resurrect from the grave and God will give us new spiritual, heavenly bodies that are perfect and without flaw, disease, or anything like that. They will join with our spirit in heaven. Our spirit never dies. We just change bodysuits. Haha I'm looking forward to that. No more pain.
