I never know if wearing perfume is a good idea or not

Sometimes i do, esp if im all dressed up.

Mostly i dont.

I mean, ive got scented shampoo, use scented handmade soap, scented moisturizer..... surely you can reach a point of 'too scented' yeah?

Personally, i dont like it when guys drown your senses in their aftershave.
Not that some dont smell really nice.
Its just.....you need to smell the person 🤷‍♀

Perfume is like jewelry. Just the right accent adds to the persona. I’d prefer not to smell you from 3’ away, but most women don’t pour on perfume. It’s more men that misuse cologne.

I have a bunch of colognes. I use them based on the season and my mood. We’re in summer now so I appreciate light floral and citrusy smells more.

I think I'm addicted with perfumes.
From soap to lotion to hand cream it has to smell nice. Even when I don't go outside I wear a cologne. I just wanted to smell nice and being complimented with it makes me happy.
@mindstruggle what's the best scent for a guy?
A little perfume can be okay, if it's one I like and used very sparingly. I would rather not smell anything at all than to be choked.

I always liked it when a woman wore scent..really nice when dancing..gotta know when to say less is more..the feng shui f life I guess
I've never been able to smell your scent, so personally, I'm not sure if you're wearing enough... 😏
I have all kinds different perfume i like. But, i don't like spraying on me. Always too strong. I'll spritz the air then walk through it
@Bexsy hey, im similar.
I dont like spraying it on me either.

I ususally lay my clothes out on the bed, and spritz above them, then put them on.
@Bexsy making the air smell better!

Personally I don't like perfume. I don't use it and don't like to smell it on others. I prefer just natural scent with a hint of normal soap.
@FeetAreFantastic i trend towards that myself.

I think smell is some sort of primeval essential thing in attraction.

If someone doesnt 'smell' right, attraction just doesnt work.

And colognes and perfumes stuff up that process. Even if they are lovely smells.... they disguise someone's genuine smell.

Old spice and used motor oil is my go-to.

Perfume can be overwhelming. Use it sparingly in the right places
