Some are wondering what happened to the Garden of Eden after Adam and Eve left it.

With things on earth growing up over centuries, it is safe to say that it is not visible today. However, back in its day, God had to put a cherubim to guard it and a flaming sword to block access to the Tree of Life. No one has found it to this day.

The location of Eden is described in the Book of Genesis as the source of four tributaries. Various suggestions have been made for its location: at the head of the Persian Gulf, in southern Mesopotamia where the Tigris and Euphrates rivers run into the sea; and in Armenia.

According to the Bible, the Garden of Eden was located in the Middle East, near where the Tigris and Euphrates rivers are today. This is based on the description in Genesis 2:8–14, which mentions a spring in the Garden that split into four rivers.

I think that possibly the garden of Eden was destroyed in the flood along with the other two rivers.
We know that there was a great transformation of the earth during the flood. Just a thought. God hasn't seen fit to share what happened with us but we know two rivers disappeared.

@Baremine Yes that is definitely a possibility but we'll never know. I tend to agree with you and as I mentioned in my post, the transformation of the Earth has changed so much since then. Good observation.

@LadyGrace when I was in the USAF there were different classification of information. Somethings not everyone "had the need to know.". What happened to the garden had nothing to do with our need for Christ's love for us and what he did for us at Calvary. Keep your faith strong in the message of the cross my sister.

@Baremine Brother, that is so true, but it is also wonderful to study God's Word and learn what we can. When people have questions, which is why I posted this question, then we can answer them and perhaps their faith will grow as well. ❤🤗 And by the way, God bless you and all our military men and women who have served in the military. We love you.
