Just seen a video on instagram of a veteran talking about Islam saying “this isn’t what I fought for”

You mean to tell me you didn’t fight for us to have the FREEDOM to practice any religion we choose? If that’s the case what did you fight for? So we would all live our lives the way YOU want?

Just being a veteran doesn't mean you actually believe in what America should stand for. Kind of like Andy Rooney's famous reply to the whole "The Greatest Generation" thing: "We weren't great, we were drafted."
