If you're in a church and sneeze, and the pastor says bless you, is it a bigger blessing?

Technically the pastor should say "God bless you." Because the pastor can't bless you. He can only intercede to god on your behalf and ask the lord to do the blessing. So right off, whats this pastor up to? He's goin right over The Boss' head and handing out blessings himself? Tsk tsk tsk. Thats blasphemous.
