@Entwistle Religion is a belief system (world view) and has nothing to do with a belief in a God.

Agnosticism is the belief that it’s impossible to know if divine beings exist.

@RedBaron Atheism is the lack of a belief, not the belief that there isn't one. One does not hold that belief at all, whereas the other actively believes in a deity's nonexistence.
