There IS no "good" and "evil."
All of that is man-made, mostly through religion.

I'm sure that bit of silly armchair philosophy will be of great comfort to you, should you ever be beaten up and robbed, for example. 🙄

@Thinkerbell I don't see being beaten up and robbed as either good or evil. Those judgements would be something I would assign to the event.
That's not to say I would like it. All I would say about it, is that I was beaten up and robbed.

Oh, ok... then the Holocaust was neither good nor evil.
All you would say about it, is that it was mass killing on an industrial scale.
Got it. 🙄

@PhoenixPhail I don't think you honestly believe that. No sane person can honestly believe such a ridiculous thing.

@Oberon1 Then, call me insane.

@Thinkerbell Right. They did what they did.

What you are overlooking is why they did what they did.
The higher-up nazis did it out of hatred.
The camp guards were notorious for their treatment of the prisoners; many of them enjoyed tormenting them.
And motivations such as these are not evil?
If you don't think so, we have a fundamental disagreement on the definition of the word.
Reminds me of a physics lecture about time I heard once.
"Time is an emergent phenomenon; its passage is an illusion."
