Natural girls or artificial girls?

Are you more a fan of a girl who is completely natural, so natural hair color, no tattoos or plastic surgery. Or Do you like girls who have gotten plastic surgery done, dye their hair and get tattoo's and otghe rbody modifications?

More natural than anything else.
I don't mind women dying their hair.
I don't mind some tattoos, but not too many.
I am NOT a fan of any plastic surgery in any shape or form.
