I spent the day watching hummingbirds today.
They were so pretty and pleasant to watch. Now please do not get upset with me for posting this.
I have 2 hummingbird feeders. One upstairs and one downstairs. We also have other animals here too.
10 chickens, 2 ducks 2 dogs, 2 chinchilla a pregnant rabbit and 4 cats. and those are all just the animals. Not counting humans.
In the house, it is myself, my fiance, my Mother, my daughter, his son and daughter-in-law and granddaughter too.
We tried to set up a crate for my daughter's cat outside her window because my sister did the same for her cats too as she saw it on Pinterest.
Our homestead here is kinda like a animal rescue farm.
When I came outside this morning I found a hummingbird in the crate. She was so lost and tried so help her find her way out. I tried to guide her out to the open doors of the crate and she made it out safely.
I was able to guide her way out but she seemed so lost and confused, but so beautiful also.
Once she was free I watched them all flutter around. I moved my feeder from upstairs to downstairs and I have never in my life seen so many hummingbirds flutter around in my entire life.
To watch a hummingbird is so very aesthetically pleasing!
