Razor for intimate area

Question for the ladies here - is there a razor that you’ve found to be better suited for shaving around your intimate areas? Do you use a razor or do you use an electric trimmer / shaver?

Looking around for other options. I currently use a Gillette Venus but wondering if an electric trimmer may be easier and as effective

The important thing when you use any blade is to shave the area moving the blade in the same direction as the hair grows to avoid rashes.

Going against it may cause you to have those red rashes that will be itchy.

If you really want a better and longer lasting result, then go for waxing or even better lasering.

@Stephie ^this!! It took me several failed attempts to figure this out. I still find myself with an occasional nick or cut which is leading me to ask about an electric trimmer. But you’re probably right, waxing may be the better choice. Is that uncomfortable?

@FLAme42 Well, waxing can be painful, mainly the first few times until you get used to. Just make sure that the hair is not too long or too short. If it is too short, the wax may not adhere too well on the hair and may fail to get the roots out.
