Have any of you ever tried or are using Retin-A (tretinoin)?

I decided I am going give this a try for antiaging benefits. :) Excited heard many good things about it.

I have not heard of that med in years, but I know it has been around since at least 1987 so if it is still around, it must not be a gimmick.
