my sister has a eating disorder and it has been making her sick for 3 years im sick of this and i wish she was back to the way she was, i hate the screaming the shouting and i just hate it here

Well, I doubt you’re in your 40’s because I would say simply don’t live with her. Who exactly is doing the screaming and shouting? I’m lost on the context.
