I Struggle With My Body Image

it's so weird to me bc i see my body as being about 200 lbs bigger than it actually is and everyone's like "ya ur a healthy weight!!" and i'm like... no.... i'm fat....

Depends; like how is it carried, how well do you take care of yourself, do you exercise and eat well?

Body shape and type play a huge factor too. Not everyone can be stick thin.

Best shape for me is hourglass with a bit of padding. Not ssbbw. But healthy and happy.

Our vision of ourselves is always pessimistic. Don't let it take over.

I grew up really skinny, and to this day I'll be standing there talking with someone and I think they're a lot bigger than me. Then I see a pic later and we're the same size. Weird how the mind can work...

@NotJamieM i also grew up really skinny (5'10, 90 lbs), but now that i'm 140, i feel like i look like i'm 400+

@keephauntingme I'm sure you look fine, but I totally get how you can feel that way. Btw I was 6 foot and about 120 when I graduated high school. I bet neither of us dared walk over too many sewer grates, lol.
