Trust me, even as a guy, you basically describe how I feel and deal with things daily. I think most people do.

@Pherick Getting to the gym is rough, yeah. But once I pack my gym bag, I have a chain of thoughts that gets my butt where it needs to go, even if I don't wanna.
I think, "I already packed my gym stuff. I may as well take it with me, in case I decide to go" then, "Well, I have my gym stuff with me. I may as well just go. It would be weird not to now. I can always just do something easy", then "Well, I'm here. I may as well take the training class. If I change my mind, I can leave", then "I'm here in the class. It would be weird to just leave. I can always leave early if I get tired", then "I've already gotten halfway through the class. I may as well finish it."
That's a trick that help me, but I'm kind of a weirdo like that! LOL!
