To grow up with red hair, especially as a male. You are certainly brave! Kids can be cruel. My son is a redhead as well. Our hair isn't appreciated until we are older
@Redzygirl I was fortunate in that until puberty hit I really wasn't obviously a redhead, more red-brown. Ghostly pale as is common with gingers, but lacking a sock of red. Once facial hair appeared many asked if I dye my hair, given the contrast.
@WellFrog mine is auburn but any shade of red is fodder for kids. My son looks like prince harry. It was tough for him. Now girls love him. My hair has served me well😉
