i turn my pillow case orange
I don't turn my pillow case orange.

My mother told me that when I was a baby, where my head was on the pillow, it would turn orange, and not just due to the intense auburn reflecting on it.
As an adult, even if I use white soap, I still turn orange the towel in the spot where dry my head/face and my pillow cases, although it does wash out. This does not happen to the sheets against my body, or my clothes.
Do other redheads have any similar experience? I can't find stories anywhere else that this other than perspiration like everyone else but it's not exactly a topic to raise in conversation. The actual differences between us and 'activated mc1r people' are generally unknown even to most redheads, so I don't want to sound even odder then I am!
