Yes you can. If you know what you’re doing and have the experience, and atleast 4 clients, you can most certainly do it at home. Make sure you go to whatever town or city hall in your town, apply for small business certification, which would be cheap, go online to the IRS website, get you a EIN number for free, and start doing your business. As you going through school and learning more, be offering your first few customers, deals and promotional services, so they can promote via word of mouth and bring you up to 2 customers a piece so that’ll be 8, and then those 8 bring you 2 customers then you’re at 16 customers. The more experience you get the better, the better your work the more you can charge up front for more professional work. When you finish and have the license 🪪 you can then either open a small shop wherever you are and do it independently/out of your home for the time being, OR start working in a small shop and have your regulars come visit you there. It’s all about what you wanna do in the end game and how you wannna go about it. Do you have the skill to do it?? If so then why not?
