@modestmary I'm glad for you. I just seem to have developed an aversion to being touched over the last 30 years, but I've always hated my feet being touched because they are super sensitive.
@modestmary no. Not for me. I cringe if anyone even touches my arm while speaking to me. Having someone put their hands on my and start rubbing, it's not merely distasteful to me, I'm positively phobic.
@modestmary it is, sometimes. When someone reaches to shake hands, and my hands dart behind my back, it can be awkward. Hugs from anyone who isn't one of my kids, gives me panic attack like you wouldn't believe. Nobody should hug someone from behind without warning, especially mere acquaintances.
