Why can't there be a 26-29 age group

Because they think it doesn't matter much at this age. They have shorter age groups for youngers. And if you think, it matters, you are still a kid.

But more because people (especially women) like to feel they're young.

So 30 feels way older than 29. Imo.

@SW-User They can choose one level lower to their real age. I guess. that much should be exempted for women.
