Why do I get so much hate

I just started working in this office and majority are females, younger females , I can tell some don’t like me and idk what’s the reason. I always say hi and wish them a good day afterwards . Iv stopped doing that and don’t say anything unless it’s work related. It’s so annoying . These girls are Muslim and I just think they do t like how I come to work so glammed up. I mean why should I come ugly to work . Idk since I was young girls would hate on m for no reason . I stay to myself in reality, I understand if I talked too much or pushed myself on to others but I don’t! I’m very quiet and I just have to get used to this , and learn to give the same energy, im tired of being such a girly girl but they’re females who are rude
