This is me now boooooo!

I'm on meds that make me fat, but I cannot come off of them due to a high resting heart beat when not on meds! So I'm trying diet and exercise but it's hard.

Try something called Carvedilol it does the same thing to regulate heartbeat but without the intense weight gain
