Yes but not at the expense of my health. My legs are fat even when my upper body is very thin 😂. Probably my body shape is genetics for me.

@sahi81 Their legs were mostly like that because of inactivity... They didn't move around much or did much work. They weren't too overweight. Just your regular senior Indian aunties...
