Is it because i have too much fat? Ive lost weight

I dont eat a lot of protein

You need a drastic change in your diet. Also, hire a personal trainer who will show you how to properly lift weights, and push you to gradually lift more weight.

to lose weight, you must burn more calories than you eat. exercise is the best way to do this.
