Gym clothes aren't fitting like they used to.

It's been a while since I've worked out. I think I need new gym clothes because these have shrunk in the wash.

Sounds like the gym really isn't the right place for you. You should cancel your membership and spend that time and money somewhere better suited to you, like a buffet or fast food restaurant.
