im about to rent it out soon. Wanted to post this on my personal social medias but with all the fake friends i seem to have irl, i would rather post it here. Worked really hard for this moment. Hard work pays off if you put your mind to it. Thank you for the encouragement from some of you sw users during all of this. The process was kind of stressful but it went smooth

@empanadasI’d had left by now if I didn’t have kids. We’re in a great school district, so it’s hard to leave it. Not to mention my son is starting quarterback and working w/a recruitment company.
